Description
A free program hosted in partnership with First 5 Yuba County Children & Families Commission. 8 week free yoga class provided for caregivers and their kids (ages 0-5).Join us and learn along with your child fun yoga moves, listen to a story, and create cute crafts. All materials are included and mats, books, and sensory toys will be sent home with each participant.
